The website introduces our interior painting, exterior painting, wallpapering and plastering services. It provides a way to ask about a project. It does not offer an online checkout or an automatic booking service.

These are website terms. The scope, price and arrangements for an individual decorating job need to be agreed separately before work is commissioned. Browsing this website does not commit you to buying a service.

Enquiries and Free Quotes

Asking for a quote is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Sending preferred dates does not reserve those dates, and an acknowledgement of your message does not mean a job has been accepted.

Quotes are free, including any visit needed to prepare them. Please provide your postcode, the work you would like done and relevant details about the property. This helps us discuss the work and check whether the location can be covered.

Before agreeing to a job, make sure the written quotation identifies the work included, preparation, materials or finishes, price and any applicable tax, timing and payment arrangements. If anything is unclear or missing, ask for clarification before accepting. This page does not set a deposit amount, cancellation charge, warranty period or payment deadline.

If your requirements change, discuss the effect on the work, price and timing before agreeing to additional work. Nothing on this website removes any cancellation rights or other consumer rights that apply to your agreement.

You may send an enquiry at any time. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm; Sunday is closed. Sending a message outside these hours does not imply an immediate response or an out-of-hours decorating service.

Images, Colours and Decorating Information

Some images and before-and-after sliders are generated illustrations of decorating possibilities. They are not photographs of completed client jobs unless clearly identified as such. They do not promise an identical result at your property.

Furniture, lighting, flooring, landscaping and decorative accessories shown in an illustration are styling elements. Their appearance in a picture does not mean they are included in our painting, wallpapering or plastering services.

Colours and textures can look different on different screens and under different lighting. Use suitable physical samples and discuss the existing surface and desired finish before making a final choice. The work and materials included are those agreed for your particular job.

General information on this website cannot replace an assessment of the condition of your property. If you identify an error or unclear description, please email us so it can be reviewed.
